This expressive lot from Gutity village in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region brings a layered and vibrant cup. Produced using a carbonic maceration natural process, the Gargari Amber bursts with juicy watermelon and ripe raspberry, grounded by black tea undertones and a soft, floral finish.

Grown at high elevation and crafted with care, this heirloom variety captures the elegance and intensity Yirgacheffe is known for—sweet, clean, and compelling from first sip to last.
