Processing & Dispatch
All orders are roasted, packed and dispatched fresh from our Gold Coast HQ.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier and postal services.
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping offers may apply from time to time — check our website or newsletter for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your door.

We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, so double-check those details before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hayley@socialespresso.com.au with your order number.
We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
If you’re outside Australia and keen to try our coffee, reach out — we may be able to arrange something special.
