Elk Espresso, Broadbeach
Elk Espresso has been one of Broadbeach's go-to cafés for years. These days you'll find it on the beachfront end of the Oasis, looking straight out over Kurrawa Park, with Social Espresso in the cups.
The spot
Bright, leafy and buzzing most mornings. There's a big glass frontage, plenty of greenery, a dog-friendly outdoor area facing the park, and the famous elk on the back wall that made the move over from the original Chelsea Avenue café. The kitchen runs a seasonal brekkie and lunch menu that's well known for going big.
Elk is run by Andrew Whiting, the same crew behind Sunnyboy Espresso just down the road in Mermaid Beach.

Elk pours our Good Company blend. It's our everyday espresso: predominantly Colombian, with milk chocolate, malt and caramel. Smooth on its own and made for milk. Loved it? Take a bag home.
