We'll work through the options with you and make a recommendation based on your programme, your equipment, and how you want the cup to taste.
If your needs change, so does the supply.

- On-call support for extraction issues, recipe adjustments, and programme questions
- Advance notice of seasonal roast changes so your programme is never caught short

The Equipment
Good coffee on the bar starts with the right equipment running correctly.
We have strong working knowledge of the machines and grinders that deliver consistency and reliability in a café environment, and we can advise on setup, specification, and maintenance as part of the partnership.
- La Marzocco Linea PB — our primary espresso machine recommendation for wholesale accounts. Precise, serviceable, and built for the pace of a working café
- Anfim and Mahlkönig grinders — our preferred grinders for consistency across volume service. Both are well-supported for servicing in the Australian market, which matters when downtime is costly
- Advice on machine and grinder pairing for your specific volume and service style
- Setup and dial-in support when new equipment comes on — we'll be there
